Are you looking to make a change to the exterior of your home (solar panels, paint, windows, decks, lighting, fixtures, etc.), landscaping (front, sides, and back), or yard (landscaping, gardens, pools, storage sheds, etc.)? Then we have a process for you!
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) meets twice a month on the first and third Wednesdays to review homeowner requests. Approval is required for all exterior projects, big or small, so this is a process you should familiarize yourself with if you are planning a change.
Applications should be submitted by the end of business (5 PM) the Friday before Wednesday meetings. This allows the management team time to review the application for completeness and follow up on any additional information if needed. Please note that applications submitted after the closing of business Friday will be added to the next ACC meeting agenda.
