Below, you will find the necessary costs and steps to keep in mind when selling or closing on your home at Travisso:
Closing Fee Information
These fees are standard within communities governed by a Homeowners Association and are considered part of the closing costs associated with buying or selling a home. Responsibility for payment is determined during the negotiation process and finalized at closing. Your realtor and title company typically review these fees as part of the closing process. All applicable fees are outlined in the Association’s Governing Documents, which are provided at closing and are also available electronically on the community website.
Working Capital Contribution
The Working Capital Contribution is assessed at $1,080 per transaction for all new home sales and resales. This contribution is deposited into the Association’s Reserve (Capital) Fund and is designated for the future repair or replacement of community amenities and common area assets.
Community Enhancement Fee
The Community Enhancement Fee is a closing fee collected on all new home sales and resales. This fee is calculated at 0.1% of the home’s sale price and is typically collected at closing. Funds from the Community Enhancement Fee are used to pay for projects such as clubhouse renovations, new parks, or enhanced security, all aimed at boosting property values.
